Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, and with the original labels/tags attached.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / items not eligible for return
Certain items cannot be returned, e.g. digital downloads or magazines.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns of vouchers.
Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate purchase.
European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and with labels attached.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (more4media GmbH, Mühlenstraße 74, 25421 Pinneberg, Germany, info@more4media.de, telephone: +494101208484) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts :
Contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

Special notes
If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly likely to be the case if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our assistance with regard to financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, exercise your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of revocation for this.
